Do I need my insurance company's approval first?
You can bring your vehicle in for an estimate at any time. If you are claiming through insurance, we will send the estimate and photos to your adjuster and handle the back-and-forth for you.
Can I choose my own body shop?
Yes. In Ontario you have the right to choose where your vehicle is repaired, even if your insurer recommends another shop.
How long will the repair take?
It depends on the damage and parts availability. Most collision repairs take a few days to two weeks; we give you a target date with your estimate and keep you updated.
