Are estimates free?
Yes. Estimates are always free with no obligation. Drop in during business hours, book a time, or send us photos through the estimate form for a quick ballpark.
Do you work with my insurance company?
We work with all insurance companies and will help you through the claim. In Ontario you have the right to choose your repair shop.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, debit, Visa and Mastercard. If your repair is covered by insurance, you only pay your deductible.
How long will my repair take?
Small jobs like headlight restoration or minor dents can often be done the same day. Larger collision repairs usually take a few days to two weeks depending on parts. We give you a target date up front.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, and Saturday 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. We're closed Sundays. Late weekday hours mean you can drop your car off after work.
Do you work on all makes and models?
Yes: cars, SUVs, trucks and vans, both domestic and import.
